The villa is all on one level which is especially good for children. The property has a fully enclosed gated garden with grassed areas for children to play, and also benefits from a south facing pool and terrace but also areas of shade.
Lovely covered terrace, fabulous for alfresco dining, and near the purpose built bar be que.
Garden and pool are both south facing, so in the sun all day long, this makes a huge difference to the pool temperature.
Casa De Suenos was built with the family in mind. It is all on one floor, to avoid wet feet slipping on concrete staircases. Each bedroom is ensuite. The lounge has a vaulted ceilling, which makes it cool on very hot summer days, but has full central heating for those early or late breaks..
We are very near the golf course, but also only 30 min from the centre of Palma. We hope that every one that stays in our second home has a fantastic time, and enjoy one of the most beautiful parts of the mediterainian.

"We have had two fantastic holidays in Paul's lovely villa and have just booked to go again next June. It is perfect for us even though there are only two of us, but would also be marvellous for a family as it is very spacious and very safe being all on one floor. The villa is modern and very well equipped with comfy beds and spotlessly clean. The pool is gorgeous and a decent size, set in a lovely garden with plenty of space. Neighbours next door are English and very friendly and take care of the pool. They will recommend restaurants etc. This is a great location, just a short drive to beaches, mountains and lovely old towns and villages, also easy access to Palma on the motorway or by train, but at the same time it is a quiet area so you can relax when you want to.
